Mahout Lifestyle is a company specialising in traditional handwoven Indian dhurries. In 2015, they launched a competition to commission a new piece for their contemporary rug collection. My entry was selected as a winner, produced as a finished textile and added to their online range.

​​​​​​​The design was inspired by the vibrancy of Indian weddings, alongside the shapes and colours of spring. The competition was judged by representatives from Mahout Lifestyle, Homes & Gardens magazine and KLC School of Design.
